Ms. Minton works as a Consultant and Tableau Developer for Slalom Consulting's Data Visualization and Discovery group. She uses her expertise to build business intelligence dashboards for clients and visually convey the meaning behind their data. Previously, as a Geospatial Consultant, she conducted geographical analysis and cartographic works to solve spatial problems and convey solutions through maps. She sees immense value in the potential of data visualization and analyses, and thrives when creating meaningful data visuals that tell compelling stories. Her work has been used in publications that aid organizations in making policy decisions, as well as in a variety of web-based mapping applications. Recently, she converted publicly available data from a news article into an interactive dashboard using Tableau Public. The dashboard was picked up by a national news blog and received 14,000 views in two days.

In my spare time, I enjoy downhill skiing, singing, cooking, learning the practice of yoga and watching Jeopardy!.
